Cody WHitfill
Lead Pastor
Cody graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth with a Masters of Divinity with Biblical Languages. He previously served as Minister of Evangelism and Mission at First Baptist Church in Cleburne, TX. Before coming to Bastrop, Cody founded a non-profit organization with whom he traveled and preached church revivals and student and college events.
Cody was called to Bastrop in July 2007 to pastor RVCF. He's married to Melinda and they have 2 kids, Olivia and Creed. He enjoys backpacking and camping with the family, and loves living in Bastrop!
